What does the term "Equity" mean, in "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion"? You could try to move the rest of the VM to the other datastore, and the paths should be correct again (you might to unregister and reregister the VM).
I have moved a VM from esxi 4.1 to esxi6.7, and when I try to start it, I got this error Unable to enumerate all disks.. Could anyone please give some advice. I would suspect that with the method of data migration , your VMX file did not update the location of the VMDK.

What research and processes have you tried so far? As I thought, WINSvr-flat.vmdk seems to be missing. WebPlease provide a complete list of files in the VM's folder, preferably by running the command ls -lisa from a command line.
If you are unable to modify the VMX file, you can create a new virtual machine with exactly the same configuration as the old one and use the existing VMDK file as your primary virtual disk.

I copied it from one data store to another with no luck then I tried the move to the new data store with no luck.
